Colchester General Hospital

Colchester Hospital needed to increase capacity over the busy winter period. In just 17 days of build time, we constructed a two-storey, 5,600m² facility, featuring a children’s department, elective care centre, surgical ward, sensory garden, play area and two courtyards. Providing access to 64 new beds, our off-site solution reduced programme time by six months.

Global Academy

Global Academy needed a school to accommodate more than 800 students, in less than a year. We delivered an 8,700m², state-of-the art-facility, using advanced offsite technology. The building features anodised aluminium mesh cladding, triple glazing, specialist acoustic levels, a highly-glazed west façade (which can be illuminated) and a spectacular, roof-lit central atrium.

Network Rail Offices

Network Rail needed a new office at its Southwark depot. However, the central London location made installation complex. We solved this problem by taking management of logistics, delivering modules over six nights. We then fitted to the company’s stringent specifications, including a special lift, advanced security technology, sculpted aluminium cladding and showers for 130 people.
